If you are on Catamount Health Full-Pay (and receive no premium assistance), make payments directly to your Catamount Health carrier.  Catamount Health is a health insurance plan, offered in cooperation with the state of Vermont, by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Vermont and MVP Health Care.
